One to One
One to one sessions are 50 minute sessions held in a safe and confidential environment away from the distractions of day to day life. This gives clients the opportunity to fully engage in the process exploring the reasons they are there.
‘On-Line’ FaceTime Therapy
FaceTime counselling sessions are increasingly popular and although a more physical presence is beneficial, I understand that this is not always possible for some clients. This can be for a number of reasons from moves to business trips amongst others. I am happy to discuss FaceTime sessions with you following our initial consultation.
